2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Golden Lotus is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, and other details of the products will be accurate, complete, or current.

6. Plants and Live Goods

Live plants are subject to seasonal availability and may vary from the images shown. We cannot guarantee the exact plant you receive will match the image exactly. All plants are shipped in nursery pots unless otherwise stated.

Golden Lotus is not responsible for the health of plants after they have been delivered. Proper care instructions will be provided with your order, but ultimate responsibility for plant health lies with the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

Golden Lotus shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products or services offered on this site, even if Golden Lotus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
